Time Zones
No longer do you have to allow every user 24x7 access. The AXP-100 software enables
you to decide which days and times users may gain entry to the facility. The time zone feature
is completely programmable to suite the specific requirements of each application.
Transaction Log In & Audit Trail
The AXP-100 system logs all your events, so you know which tagholder was granted
or denied access, the time the event occurred, and the reason. Transaction
logs utilize open database event logging.
Report Generation
The open database is accessible via a powerful, built-in reporting feature, which allows
you to customize reports based on specific dates, times, tagholders, reasons, and events.
User-Level Assignments
The AXP-100 provides the ability to assign three user levels including: User,
Supervisor, and Administrator. With the Supervisor unlock feature, you have
the option of granting access only when a Supervisor is present.
Tagholders
The system stores detailed information on tagholders including:
first and last name, department, identification number, gender,
and a digital photographic image.
